• Normal usage: use 1 time per day, 4-5 piece of mycelium each time (200-300mg). If you feel tired, you can increase dosage: use 2 times per day, each time as above.
• Drinking in the morning or evening, when you are on empty stomach in the morning or before bedtime.
• Prepare a cup of tea: Put 4 to 5 pieces cordyceps in the cup, pour 150 -200 ml hot water on the cordyceps and let it sit for the amount of time until the temperature of drinking ready to drink. More than 1 time to get all extraction. After drinking, the cordyceps can be consumed.
• Prepare a hot soup: Put 4 to 5 pieces cordyceps in the soup for one time using. This can be cooked as a mushroom ingredient.
